He is survived by: his parent Betty Jean Powers Wallace; his wife Melissa Fox Wallace; his sons, Franklin Wallace, Jr. of Springville, VA and Derrick Wallace of Tazewell, VA; his sisters, Nyoka Black (Arvill) of North Carolina, Connie Keene (Terry) and Dianna Keene (Eugene); his parent-in-law Freda Fox of Springville, VA; and also Grat Fox of Springville, VA.
