She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Ruben Peery and Cora Elizabeth Harper Peery; her husband Samuel David Stout; her son Michael Stout; and her brothers, Wallace Peery, Luther Peery and Lucian Peery.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Stout (Jennifer) of Tazewell, VA and Robin Belton (Bryan) of Tazewell, VA; her siblings, Reese Peery (Reoma) of Twinsburg, OH and Patricia Bennett of Tazewell, VA; her grandchildren, George Wesley Person, Roman Stout, Juwan Stout (Teresa) and Cameron Sparks; and her great grandchildren, Cordell Person, Deja Person, Ashton Miller, Cora Stout, Adam Stout and Amere Stout. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
