She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Foster and Ruby Farley Foster; her husband Gordon Cline; her children, Charles Gordon Cline, Dreama Kay Leffel and Margaret Darcella Cline; and her siblings, Margaret Tuttre, Jean Blade, Leonard Foster and Ralph Foster, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Gibson (Steve) of Rock, WV, Donnetta Graham (Walter) of Tazewell, VA, Karen Phillips (David) of Kodak, TN and Gordie Cline (Gina) of Tazewell, VA; and her siblings, Willard Foster of Greenville, NC, Kay LaVaughn of Atlanta, GA, Patricia Michaels of Buffalo, NY and Nancy Mounts of Hanover, WV. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; thirty plus great grandchildren.
