She is survived by: her son Gary Blackwell (Teresa Blackwell) of Tazewell Va; her grandsons, Joshua Thomas Blackwell of Tazewell, VA, Jacob Allen Blackwell (Shantel Blackwell) of Tazewell, VA and Jonah Theryl Blackwell of Tazewell, VA; her great grandchildren, Josiah Allen Blackwell and Natalie Marie Blackwell; her friend Sue O'Quinn; and her pet Joy Noel Blackwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
