With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Elizabeth Repass Kelley of Tazewell, Virginia, born in Bland, Virginia, who passed away on March 25, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Raymond Repass, Sr. and Hazel Edna Bruce Repass; her brothers, David Edward Repass and Gilbert Raymond "Jeep" Repass, Jr.; and her nephew Eddie Repass Teresia.
She is survived by: her nieces, Kathleen Repass Weigl (Herbert) of Carlisle, PA and Patricia Repass Jones (Tommy Lee) of Mt. Juliet, TN; her nephew Michael Repass (Kathleen) of Belfast, ME.; and her friend Barbara Smeltzer (Joe).
