He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Blevins O'Quin; his daughters, Juda Ann O'Quin of Tazewell, VA and Kimberly Jill O'Quin of Tazewell, VA; his sister Nellie Childress of North Tazewell, VA; and his grandchildren, Ian and Abigail Rhudy.
