With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Lee McReynolds of Tazewell, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 26, 2025 at the age of 83. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford Crisp and Alma Lucille Musick Crisp; her brothers, Clifford Ellis Crisp and Donald Crisp; her husband Jerry McReynolds of North Tazewell, VA.; her children, Rhonda M. Glocke (Jim) of Charlotte, NC, Jerry D. McReynolds (Marybeth) of Tazewell, VA and Shawn McReynolds (Stephanie) of Tazewell, VA.; her grandchildren, Ryan Hughes, Amanda Hammers (Scott), Evan Hughes (Kassidy), Brandon McReynolds, Brianne McReynolds and Annie McReynolds; and her great grandchildren, Luke Scott, Hayzel Addaire, Penelope James and Kannen Lane McReynolds.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home of Tazewell (870 W Main St, Tazewell, VA 24651). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
