She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Blankenship and Creasy Street Blankenship. She is survived by: her children, Keith Osborne of Drill, Virginia and Michelle Osborne Tharp (Teddy) of Drill, Virginia; her adoptive daughter Jessica Newcome of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Contessa Tharp, Audrey Tharp Cook (James), Justin Baldwin (Tiff), Elizabeth "Tootie" Newcomb and Tristen "Bubby" Newcomb; and her great grandchildren, Carmin Tharp, Everly Cook, Levi Baldwin and Hudson Baldwin. She is also survived by several cousins and friends.
