He is survived by: his wife Hope Marrs Dale; his parents, Lisa Sizemore Dale and David Wayne Dale Sr.; his siblings, Timothy Jay Dale and Kari Leigh Dale; his daughter Harmoni Jenkins; his niece Ryleigh Annabelle Hass; his nephew Connor David-Scott Hass; and his friend Casey Sage Lugo. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dale Family Cemetery.
