She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Arlie Pickett, Sr. and Georgia Mae Hall Pickett; her children, Crystal Lynn Tullock and Michael Paul Tullock; her husband Lacey Mullins, Jr.; and her siblings, Peggy Louise Lewis, Rettie Jaqueline Gresham, Sherman Artie Pickett, Jr., Coy Painter Pickett and Wayne Pickett.
She is survived by: her daughter Jessica Leanne Tullock of Tazewell, VA; and her siblings, Melvin Andrew Pickett of Westminster, CA, Nan Marie Sienkiewicz (Rick) of Carrollton, VA, Tamara Lee Wells (Gary) of Columbus, OH and Constance Hall of Tazewell, VA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
