It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jane Russell of Tazewell, Virginia, born in Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on June 9, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Mose Markham; and her siblings, William Markham and Karen Casey. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Whitt Markham of Richlands; her son Mark Donner of Atlanta, GA; and her sister Judy Ratliff Garreffa. She is also survived by Three grandchildren Also surviving are five nephews, one niece, several great nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
