He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl H. Riley, Sr. and Lucille Sorah Riley; and his sisters, Betty Riley Bowman and Mary Riley Evans. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Turner Riley; his children, C. H. Riley, III (Catherine) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Jennifer Riley Havens of Roanoke, VA; his sisters, Carole Lambert (Dave) of Mt. Vernon, OH and Shirley Dye (Kermit) of Denton, TX; and his grandchildren, Cooper, Charlotte Riley, Anna, Jack and Jameson Havens.
