He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Blevins of Tazewell, VA; his sons, Carl Lee Blevins of Tazewell, VA and Brandon Scott Blevins of Tazewell, VA; his siblings, Gladys Sebastian of Dalton, GA, Clarence Blevins (Kathy) of English, WV and Jeff Blevins (Patricia) of Bradshaw, WV; and his grandchildren, Hunter Blevins and Kaleigh Blevins. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and a host of family friends.
