He is survived by: his parents, James David Altizer and Kathy Cole Altizer; his wife Tara Altizer; his children, Noah Day, Taylor Dillow (Timmy) of Bluefield, WV and Caylee Altizer Johnson (Tanner) of Christiansburg, VA; his sister Melonie Altizer Martin (John) of North Tazewell, VA; his parents-in-law, Joe King and Suzie King; his sister-in-law Joey King; his nieces and nephews, Ethan Martin, Dustin English (Alicia), Mackenzie Phelps and Emily Phelps; his grandchild Reagan Rae Dillow; and his great-nephew Nathan English.
