She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Whitt and Anna Mae Whitt; her husband James Mervin Stilwell; her son-in-law Calvin D. Patton; her siblings, Paul Whitt, Alice White, Nancy Thompson, Otis and Oris; and her granddaughters, Sherry and Sharon White.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Elkins (Harold) of North Tazewell, VA, Rose White (Harley "George") of North Tazewell, VA, Pauletta Patton of North Tazewell, VA and Debbie Hodge (Mike) of North Tazewell, VA; her grandchildren, Mike Elkins (Robin), Chrissy Sefel (James), Rick Patton (Raeann) of Bluefield, VA, Damon Patton (Patti) of Hickory, NC and Leeanne Regon (Nick) of North Tazewell, VA; her great grandchildren, Mikey Elkins (Lisande) of Richmond, VA, Nick Elkins (Morgan) of North Tazewell, VA, Ricky Patton of Bluefield, VA, Kenzie Patton of Hickory, NC, Caleb Patton of Hickory, NC, Isabella Patton of Hickory, NC and Matthew Patton of Hickory, NC; her sister-in-law Wilma Harman (Lindsey) of North Tazewell, VA; and her close friend Betty Hodge. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
