He is survived by: his children, Jackie Tyler of Onancock, VA, Sandra Kellam of Onancock, VA and Ernestine Bailey of Atlantic, VA; his sisters, Mamie Diane Parker-Kellam of Bear, DE, Saundra Rosetta Parker-White of Bear, DE and Thelma Diane Chance of Baltimore, MD; his uncles, Solomon Parker and David Parker of Tasley, VA; his sister-in-law Gloria W. Parker of Baltimore, MD; and his close friend Mary Ann Pezzuto. He is also survived by five nieces, seven nephews, great-great nephews and nieces, great-great-great nephews and nieces.
