It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blanche Bennett (Tasley, Virginia), born in Washington, Virginia, who passed away on July 22, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Lawrence Edward Maxwell; her daughter Donna Lynn Bennett; her siblings, Gloria Robertson, George Padgett, James Padgett and Leroy Maxwell; her grandson Travis; and her great grandchild Emily Rae.
She is survived by: her spouse Herbert Adam Bennett; her parent Mary Ellen Beach Maxwell; her children, Norma Jean Sicard (Norm) of Seaford, DE, Patty Hinman (Eddie) of Bloxom, Beverly Bennett (Chris) of Bloxom, Tammy Bennett (Bill) of Pocomoke, MD and Jennifer Bennett of Tasley; her sister Joan Parks of Accokeek, MD; her grandchildren, Adam, Chris, Branden, Chyna, Fredrick, Jr., Gage, Amber, Solomon, Raven, Natalia and Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Raelynn and Madison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
