He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lowery; his sons, William W. Lowery, IV and David Lowery (Jess); and his siblings, Robert Lowery (Nancy), Michael Lowery (Mary Beth) and Patricia Waters (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was my first boss when I was a waitress at Lowery's as a teen, and then in the summers during college. He showed great kindness to our family by hiring many other family members, including my sister and nieces. We share our heartfelt sorrow with Sharon, Rob, and his family.
