He was predeceased by: his brother Frank. He is survived by: his friends, Willie Cleaton, Alec Dillard and James Moore; his wife Betty Anne Cooke; his brother Gene Cooke (Mary Jane); his sons, William "Keith" Cooke and Stephen "Kent" Cooke (Kelly); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Murray (Matt), Meghan Cooke, William "Logan" Cooke and Caroline "Clay" Cooke; and his caregivers, Laura, Stacy and Kathy.
