He was predeceased by: his parents, Ryland Bareford and Dorothy Bareford; his brothers, Arnold and Bobby Bareford; and his son Kevin Jack Bareford.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marmaduke Bareford; his sons, Dean Bareford (Dale) of Tappahannock and Steve Bareford (Ellen) of Bel Air, MD; his granddaughters, Grace and Libby Bareford; and his brother Donald Ray Bareford of Tappahannock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
