It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Hillyer of Tappahannock, Virginia, who passed away on May 3, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick W. Hillyer, Jr.; and her son Freddy. She is survived by: her children, Linda Carol Ball, Susan Hillyer and Thomas Nelson Hillyer (Elizabeth); and her sister Frances P. Wilmore (Wilbon). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
