She was predeceased by: her sister Birdie Grey Williams Lawton. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Douglass Davis; her children, William Booker Underwood III, Susan Cary Pomeroy, Sarah Davis Hill and Sallie Davis Mayer; and her grandchildren, William Booker Underwood IV, Kinsey Davis Pomeroy, Henry Davis Mayer, James Davis Hill, Lillian Williams Mayer and Catherine Walker Hill.
