He is survived by: his wife Margaret Sebastian (Betty); his son Brian (New York); his stepson Jacob Lipscomb (Maryland); and his siblings, Barry (California), Kevin (Costa Rica) and Val Sparks (Minnesota). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
