He is survived by: his mother Carrie Reynolds of Champlain; his fiancée Brenda Mitchell of Tappahannock; his siblings, Shirley Nelson of Topping, Clara Hundley of Caret, William Reynolds of Champlain and Irvin Payne of Tappahannock; and his stepson Rudy Mitchell of Tappahannock.
