It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jeremy Futchko (Tappahannock, Virginia), who passed away at the age of 34, on April 24, 2021. He is survived by: his parents, Charlie Futchko and Mary Futchko (Lynch) of Tappahannock; his brother Travis; his sister-in-law Jessica (Hancock); his niece Charlotte of Richmond; his uncle Tom; and his aunts, Joann Lynch of Philadelphia, PA and Sandy Futchko (Supowit) of Florida.

The celebration of Jeremy's life will follow the Virginia COVID compliant guidelines through Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel at 206 N. Church Street, Tappahannock, VA for the viewing Thursday, April 29, from 5:00-8:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association to honor Jeremy's Nan.
