We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2024, at the age of 58, Jeffrey Stout (Tappahannock, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Jeffrey shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jeffrey farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He is survived by: his wife Tonya Christie; his father-in-law John Winder; his daughter Heather Tucker (John); his grandchildren, Justin, Stormi and Starri; his great grandchild Asher; and his siblings, Rick Stout (Alfreda), Fred Stout (Cindy) and Beverly Romero (Alfred). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Marks-Bristow Funeral Home (206 N Church Ln, Tappahannock, VA 22560).

“I am so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. He was a big man with an even bigger heart. He always would greet me with a big smile. He was a very good friend of mine back in the day. As time went on we lost touch. Life is tough that way, one day you are young and having fun and the next day you find out that your friend is gone. I was hoping to see him one day again and reminisce about the good old days, but I guess I will have to wait to see him in Heaven with Jesus.”
