We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2024, at the age of 88, Janet Tomlin Marshall (Tappahannock, Virginia), born in Nelson, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Janet Tomlin may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Janet Tomlin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence "Elmo" Marshall; her grandchildren, Ashley Timmons (Norfolk), Christopher Marshall (Church View) and Marshall Timmons (Norfolk); her great grandchildren, Michaela, Abi and Carley; and her great great grandchild Logan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
