He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rosie Elliott and Raymond Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Iris Faye Clarke Brooks; his children, Andy Brooks (Cindy), Sheri Hughes and Stacey Brooks-Romero; his grandchildren, Ryan, Gregory, Jimmy Brooks, Tyler, Hayden Hughes, Alex and Zoey Romero; and his brother Felix Brooks. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
