She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Garland Johnson and Minnie Dillon Johnson of Petersburg; her husband Harry King; her children, Dr. James Ruffa, Carmine Ruffa, JoAnne Ruffa of Tappahannock, Cindy Minton (Warren) of Scottsdale, AZ and Chris Ruffa (Jane) of Midlothian; and her grandchildren, Louis Ruffa, Jay Ruffa, Beth Ruffa, Mary Catherine Hildreth, Ashley Hildreth, Erin Redick and Anne Preston Ruffa. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
