He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Mitchell and Imogen Mitchell of Tappahannock, VA. He is survived by: his wife Geneva Mitchell; and his children, Mitch Mitchell (Donna), Jeff Mitchell (Amanda), Jennifer Stoner (Jason), Mike Allison (Deanna) and Rick Allison. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
