He was predeceased by: his son Richard Clark; and his foster parents, George Shackelford and Christine Shackelford. He is survived by: his wife Cora Moore Clark; his children, Ricky Clark (Dawn) of Caret and Joanna Balderson (Calvin) of Montross; his sisters, Christine Jones of Newtown, Anne Brown of West Point, Juanita Davis of Millers Tavern, Jean Baughan of Tappahannock and Mary Ellen Medlin of Tappahannock; his grandchildren, Jaime Clark (Jenny), Carrington Balderson and Haley Yeatman (Tucker); and his great grandchild Ryan Dale Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
