With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Louise Coghill of Tappahannock, Virginia, who passed away on December 15, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Evelyn departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Evelyn. Though Evelyn may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hynson and Eva Lou Sanders Hyson; and her great grandchild Talan. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Gallagher (Douglas) of Montross, Wanda Hamilton (Dwayne) of Castlewood and Sandra Cokes of Tappahannock; and her grandchildren, Dwayne, Jennifer, Janet, Doug and Sarah. She is also survived by Fifteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
