We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2022, Ethel Kehm of Tappahannock, Virginia, born in Prospect, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Kehm; and her daughter Kelli Purvis. She is survived by: her children, John Manning and Toni Hughes. She is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
