It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Amelia Allen (Tappahannock, Virginia), who passed away on January 31, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Randolph Allen; her parents, Barney and Emilie; and her brothers, Woodrow, Walter and Wessells.

She is survived by: her children, William "Randy" Allen, Patricia Smith (Douglas), Jeanne Babcock (Christopher) and Leslie Ann Allen; and her nephew Wayne Wessells (Judy). She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Upper Essex Baptist Church, P.O. Box 225, Caret, VA 22436.
