He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Smith Davis and Mary Magdalene Johnson Davis; and his brothers, James Davis and Irvin Davis. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Ann Davis; his grandson Marshall "Tadpole" Stephens of Tappahannock; and his brother Eugene Davis of Essex County. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
