He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bowler; his children, Sandra Newton (Eugene) of Richmond, Cynthia Bowler of Center Cross, Gregory Bowler (Tamekia) of Church View, Craig Bowler (Tara) of Center Cross, Michael Bowler of Center Cross and Jeffery Bowler of Center Cross; and his siblings, Frank Bowler (Cardis) of Center Cross and DeSylvia Taliaferro of Richmond. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
