She is survived by: her sons, Robert Tompkins of Tappahannock and Kenneth Tompkins of Tappahannock; and her siblings, Lorraine Payne of Caroline and James Pierce of King William.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Washington Funeral Home (1404 Tappahannock Blvd, Tappahannock, VA 22560). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Union Hope Baptist Church (4573 Rock Spring Rd, Center Cross, VA 22437). A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at the same location.
