It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Arthur Shipp Jr. of Tappahannock, Virginia, who passed away on June 14, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Rena R. Shipp; and his uncle Joseph L. Roberts. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
