Though Charles Elwood may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otha H. Ball and Jennie B. Ball; his son Charles Vincent Ball (Heaven); his granddaughter Courtney Rose Ball; and his brother James O. Ball (Diane).
