She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Brooks, Jr. and Nancy Taylor; her husband Joseph Lynn Frank; and her brother Curtis Brooks. She is survived by: her daughter Stacy Frank Illi (David) of Richmond; her uncle Roland Brown; her cousins, Michelle Natale, Bryan Brown, Beverly Seymour and Scott Jordan; and her friends, Gayle and Jim Ashworth.
