He was predeceased by: his former wife Betty Ann Davis; his daughter Sheila Ann Davis; his grandchildren, Samantha Lynn and Christopher Vincent Davis; his parents, William Washington and Virginia Kate Davis; and his siblings, Doris, Jean, Eddie, James, Lee and John.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Gouldin Davis; his children, Arthur Wayne Davis Jr. (Ginny), Stephanie Davis Campbell (Lee), Deborah Davis Hayes, William Kevin Davis and Nancy Ann Harrison; his grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler (Ally), Megan (Wade), Bethany, Wayne (Carter), Dustin, Deleann, Drake, Logan and Waylon; his great grandchildren, Samuel, Jordan, Niko, Milleen, Monroe, Allison, William Pete, Michael, Hudson, Harmony and Bowen; his stepdaughter Jeans Owens (Derrick); his stepgrandchildren, Tommy, Lizzie Owens and Christopher Lacks; his brothers, Bernard N. Davis of Richmond and Joseph D. Davis (Joyce); his brother-in-law Jimmy Carlton; his niece Vicki King; his nephew Johnny Davis (Doris); and his pet Alphie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Marks-Bristow Funeral Home (206 N Church Ln, Tappahannock, VA 22560). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
