He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Winkler; his siblings, Claire Winkler, Sarah Winkler and Louis R. Winkler Jr.; his niece Éowyn Fain; his nephew Tristan Fain; his parent-in-law Dennis Whipple; and also Sharon Whipple.
