We are sad to announce that on October 5, 2021, at the age of 78, Andrea Garrett (Tappahannock, Virginia), born in Rosemont, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Andrea Garrett to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Davis Miot and Edwina Fitler Miot of Columbia, SC.. She is survived by: her husband Frederick "Skipper" Garrett, III; her children, Frederick "Rick" Garrett, IV (Kerry) of Bowlers Wharf and Louise "Weezie" Andrews (Will) of Baltimore, MD; her grandchildren, Freddie Garrett, Garrett, Andy Andrews and Anna Andrews; and her siblings, Glenn Miot Cannon of Hartsville, SC and Joseph Davis Miot, Jr. (Marianne) of Columbia, SC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
