He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Andes Neal, Sr. and Mary "Polly" Neal; and his brothers, Stuart Andes, Jr. and William Fredrick. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Holbrook Neal of Tannersville, VA; his daughter Mary Elliott Neal (Erik Kristen Loken); and his grandsons, Soren and Calvin.
