He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Kinder and Nellie Kinder; and his siblings, Reece, Curtis, John, Otis, Ronnie Kinder, Beulah Kell, Ruby Waddell and Sallie Kinder.
He is survived by: his wife Lois W. Kinder; his son Alver Rufus; his siblings, Ernest Kinder (Shirley), Sam Kinder (Connie), J. B. Kinder (Connie) and Nellie Booth (Edward); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Kinder and Patsy Kinder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
