She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Taylor and Robie Taylor; and her husband Hershel Collins. She is survived by: her children, Hershel W. Collins (Dawn) of Hickory, NC, Delsa Duncan (John) of Marion, VA and Lisa Evans of Marion, VA; her brother J. C. Taylor; her grandchildren, Shaad Collins, Michael Collins, Kayla Armstrong and Anthony Evans; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Paisley Evans. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
