We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2020, at the age of 49, William Andrew Parks Jr. (Tangier, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert J. Parks, Rose Hammond and Carl Parks. He is survived by: his parents, Loretta Star Parks of Tangier and Bill Parks; his significant other Christine Parks of Tangier; his son Bradley Parks (Hannah Windsor) of Princess Anne; his grandson Brady Parks of Princess Anne; his brother Carlton Parks (Glenenise Parks) of Dover, DE; his grandmother Katie Parks of Tangier; and his nieces and nephews, CJ Parks, Kyle Parks, Toniesha Parks and Marquia Baker. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
