He is survived by: his father Gordon Wayne Wheatley, Sr. of Tangier; his brother Jonathan "Paul" Wheatley, Sr. (Kelly); his nephew Jonathan Wheatley, Jr. of Tangier; his niece Ashley Eskridge (Joseph); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Harlow of Greer, SC, Oliver of Greer, SC and Waylon of Greer, SC. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
