With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Ann King of Tangier, Virginia, born in King George, Virginia, who passed away on June 20, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Griffith Northern Bell and Gertrude Anne Bell (Staples); her husband Robert "Bob" Wilson King, Sr.; and her brothers, Billy, Irving, Leonard Bell and Albert Lucas.
She is survived by: her children, Trudy K. Pruitt (Weldon) and Robert "Bobby" Wilson King, Jr. of Tangier; her grandchildren, Erin Lee Owens (Bryant) of Crisfield, MD and Trey Pruitt of Keller, VA; her great grandchildren, Tucker Pruitt, Clayton and Calvin Lee Owens; and her sister-in-law Ethel Bell. She is also survived by several nephews and cousins; and many special neighbors.
