She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Ewell Dise and Gladys Marie Bowden Dise; and her sister Joanne Cooper (Bill). She is survived by: her husband Rev. Charles W. "Chuck" Parks III; her daughters, Rebecca Parks Eberts (ET) of Cashville, VA and Hannah Parks Annis (John) of Gargartha, VA; her brothers, Cook Cannon (Jody) of Tangier, Larry Dise (Hennie) of Tangier and Dana Dise (Sharon) of Tangier; her grandchildren, Wesley, Aidan Eberts, Lily Miles and David Annis; and her niece Janet Cannon-Ford.
